Event Rental FAQ - Chic Escapades

Our DIY experiences include everything you need for a successful setup - curated materials and clear instructions - allowing you and your guests to create at your own pace.  Our hosted experiences include a Chic Escapades facilitator who manages setup, guides guests through the activity, refreshes materials and ensures a seamless, elevate experience from start to finish.  Hosted options are ideal for larger events or when you want a truly hands-off experience.  

Yes!  We proudly offer delivery throughout the Phoenix metro area.  Travel fees apply depending on location and logistics are confirmed in advance so your event day runs smoothly and stress-free. 

We recommend booking at least 4 days in advance, especially for popular dates.  For weddings and corporate events, or larger group experiences, earlier bookings helps ensure availability and customization options.  Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.  Each booking is secured with a  non-refundable retainer and is applied to your balance.

Absolutely.  Many of our creative event rentals and experiences are customizable, including color palettes, florals, signages and activity themes.  Whether you're planning a chic bridal shower, a bold birthday celebration or a branded corporate event, we'll work with you t align the experience with your vision. 

Simply "Reserve".  From there, we'll confirm details, discuss customization options and guide you  through the booking process. 

Not at all!  Chic Escapades experiences are beginner friendly and guided, making them enjoyable for all skill levels.  The focus is on creativity, fun and connection - not perfection.

We understand that plans can change.  Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by package and event type and will be outlined in your booking agreement.  Whenever possible, we work with clients to reschedule rather than cancel.

Yes — We require all to complete the contract agreement that will be sent along with the quote.
